Today I made strawberry jam for the first time.
It was amazing,
delicious,
and very messy!
*note to self - next time use a larger pot :)

ReplyDeleteI'm going to try pickling this summer (preerving is still too advanced for me).
so, I was just mentioning to Jillian that it would be cool to try making preserves and she asked if I've see your guys' recent blog... Ha, I guess I'll be putting that one off for a bit. Big pots are scarce around here and I don't feel like cleaning up the stove again any time soon :)
